Steel Lifting Type High Mast Light Pole

Steel Lifting Type High Mast Light Pole is designed for large-area outdoor lighting and convenient maintenance. Unlike ladder-climbing high mast lights, this product uses an electric lifting system, allowing the light fixture to be lowered to the ground for maintenance, eliminating the need for personnel to climb. The product uses a dodecagonal pole structure combined with Q235B or Q355B steel to maintain stable structural strength at different heights. The pole is treated with hot-dip galvanization as the primary corrosion protection, followed by electrostatic powder coating to form a dual-layer surface protection system. This product is suitable for ports, airports, squares, and sports venues that require high mast lighting. The product comes with corresponding flange sizes and ground cage steel reinforcement for each height specification, ensuring consistent installation.

Materials and Structure
Made of Q235B or Q355B steel, commonly used for outdoor structural components requiring controllable strength and weldability.
The dodecagonal pole design (20 meters, 25 meters, 30 meters) optimizes wind resistance distribution, reducing local stress concentration.
Wall thickness configuration: 20 meters with 6mm + 8mm, 25 meters with 6mm + 8mm + 8mm, 30 meters with 6mm + 8mm + 10mm.
Lifting system: Electric winch with self-locking function, manual hand crank, and fall protection safety steel cables.

Surface Treatment
The pole and metal components are treated with hot-dip galvanization for enhanced corrosion resistance.
The external surface is treated with electrostatic powder coating, providing additional protection and ensuring a uniform appearance.

Installation Configuration
Ground cage steel reinforcement based on pole height specifications: 20 meters with 12×M30×1.5 meters, 25 meters with 12×M36×1.8 meters, 30 meters with 12×M42×2 meters.
Flange base design, suitable for concrete foundation installation.
The pole bottom is equipped with a lockable maintenance door for placing lifting control boxes and wiring terminals.
