Material and Structure
Made of Q235B or Q345B steel, providing excellent welding performance and structural strength.
Tapered or polygonal pole design with a diameter that gradually decreases from the base to the top, reducing wind resistance and balancing the load.
Wall thickness options from 4mm to 10mm, determined by height, wind resistance rating, and fixture weight.
The lifting system includes an electric winch and manual crank handle, using stainless steel or galvanized steel cables, with a fall arrest safety rope as secondary protection.
The light fixture tray is welded from steel, capable of supporting 4 to 12 lights, and all operations can be completed at ground level after lowering.

Surface Treatment
The pole and metal parts are hot-dip galvanized, with an average zinc coating thickness of 80 to 100 microns, meeting ISO 1461 standards for long-term rust and weather resistance in outdoor environments.
The galvanized layer forms a metallurgical bond with the steel, offering cathodic protection and automatically preventing corrosion when scratched.
Optional electrostatic powder coating for additional protection and a consistent appearance, with a choice of RAL color codes available.

Dimensions and Specifications
Available heights: 15m, 20m, 25m, 30m (customizable up to 40m).
Base diameter: approximately 280 to 480mm, top diameter: approximately 120 to 220mm.
Standard wall thickness: 4 to 6mm for 15 to 20m poles, 6 to 10mm for 25m poles, and 8 to 12mm for poles over 30m.

Installation Configuration
The base is a concrete independent foundation, connected with embedded ground cage bolts.
Flanged base design: the pole's bottom is welded with a flange, fixed with high-strength nuts onto embedded bolts, with anti-loosening washers added.
Maintenance configuration: a lockable maintenance door is located at the pole's bottom to house the control box, terminal connections, and cable surplus.
