Materials and Structure
Made of Q235B steel, which is commonly used for outdoor structural components requiring controllable strength and weldability.
L-shaped design: The vertical main pole is combined with a horizontal arm, with the arm length customized based on the road width, extending the camera directly above the monitoring target.
Control box: Installed at the lower part of the main pole, with a locking design. The internal space accommodates a power adapter, fiber terminal box, lightning arrester, and signal transmission equipment.
Reserved cable holes: The pole body has internal cable channels, and cables run from the control box through the pole to the camera mounted at the end of the arm.
Surface Treatment
The pole body and control box are treated with hot-dip galvanization to enhance corrosion resistance.
The external surface is coated with an electrostatic powder coating for additional protection and to maintain a uniform appearance, typically in light gray or traffic gray.
Size Specifications
Main pole height: Optional at 6 meters, 8 meters, or 10 meters, depending on road conditions.
Arm length: Customizable based on road width and monitoring needs, typically ranging from 4 meters to 12 meters.
Wall thickness: Main pole wall thickness is 4mm to 6mm, and the arm wall thickness is 3mm to 5mm.
Flange specifications: Determined based on pole height and load, accompanied by matching ground cage bolts.
Control box size: Customized based on the number of internal devices, typically 300 x 200 x 400mm or larger.
Installation Configuration
Ground cage reinforcement: Specified with M20 to M30 ground cage bolts based on pole height and arm length.
Flange base design, suitable for concrete foundation installation.
The control box is fixed at the bottom of the main pole, approximately 1.5 to 2 meters above the ground for easy daily maintenance.
